The attention to quality characterizes the company's philosophy in all phases of production of roller shuttersCroci, from the choice of the best suppliers of raw materials to the meticulous checks on incoming materials, from constant monitoring during processing to sample tests on the finished product, which leaves the factories with a total guarantee.
PRODUCT TRIALS
In order to respond adequately to the needs of different markets and the demands of technicians and professionals, we have subjected our rolling shutters to the following security/quality tests:
WIND RESISTANCE TESTS;
THERMAL INSULATION TESTS;
SOUNDPROOFING TESTS;
SOLAR TRANSMITTANCE TESTS;
POLYURETHANE IS ECOLOGICAL
Respect for Croci the environment is a determining factor in the production of the polyurethane foam contained inside the roller shutters, replacing freon (the reagent maximally charged in the creation of the hole in the ozone layer) with simple water.
PHOTOVOLTAIC
Confirming attention to the environment (see ecological polyurethane)
Croci has equipped itself with a 50 Kw photovoltaic system that produces energy for a total of 65,000 Kw/h, production that covers 20% of the company's energy needs.
The use of this system allows to avoid CO2 emissions for 57.5 tons / year.
DECLARATION OF PERFORMANCE N.1 - 2018
The Declaration of Performance, abbreviated to DoP (Declaration of Performance), is the mandatory document accompanying the CE marking of construction products.
