Rolling shutter weight: depending on the weight of the rolling shutter you can choose the types of operation: strap (max 20kg), crank (max 30kg), motorized;

Always used to move rolling shutters, the rolling shutter slides along guide rails recessed into the wall or mounted in light, or any projection frame.
The rolled-up shutter is contained in a special wooden box or other material box placed over the opening inside the masonry. Inside the box there are all the accessories for handling, supports, roller, canopy, bearings, etc..
Strap, crank, motor (also with manual override) operations.
"UNIBOX" EXTERNAL SHUTTERBOX System characterized by an aluminum box with inside the operation accessories (strap, crank and motor).
Structure is complete with guide rails and is fixed outside of the building, without masonry work. It is also possible to carry out the outside rolling .
Strap, crank, motor (also with manual ovveride) operations. Sizes available from 137 to 300 mm 45° or rounded.
Made of aluminium slats (profiled or extruded), or steel slats, with medium or high density foam inside, assembled with side plugs that facilitate sliding and lessen the noise during handling, complete with junction spring to the roll tube.
The last lower slat is made of extruded aluminium, the same colour as the rolling shutter. For colours that are not available, please refer to the tables Croci and suggestions for matching. In case of crank or strap operations conic stoppers are installed on this profile.
PROFILE FIXING SYSTEMS
Made of polyethylene and of different sizes to match the different profiles. Lateral fixing by pressure, with staples or with the help of self-tapping screws.
On some profiles such as SAR/115 and ES/55 you can insert storm plugs.
In addition to the assembly with side plugs there is the possibility to fix the slats with nails (only for SAR/117, SAR/132), in this way the slat is longer, with the possibility to enter deeper into the guide rail limiting light to pass through.
SECURITY ACCESSORIES
There are various security accessories that can be combined with security profiles:aluminium and steel latches mounted on end slat, intermediate latch mounted in any intermediate slat, locks with internal or internal/external movement, mechanical security anti-lifting systems mounted with the motor inside the box.
GUIDE RAILS
Made of extruded aluminium, of different sizes depending on the profile used and on the width of the opening; all the guide rails are equipped with gaskets or brushes that facilitate the sliding of the shutter by attenuating the noise.
Guide rails are complete with holes for fastening, slots for deadbolt passage and crushing to prevent the seals from escaping.
In the traditional system they can be split so as to create an entry guide for the rolling shutter, but better if you use the plastic entry guides.
