Personal experience
Since joining the firm in 2009, James has helped transform the company from a group of talented tech professionals working with startups into a global leader in digital product engineering services, assisting Fortune 500 companies with their innovation initiatives. During Chriss’s tenure as President and CEO, the company has experienced explosive growth in both size and revenue—all while fostering a culture that encourages employees to engage with innovation.
Chriss is a frequent speaker on the topics of global innovation and digital disruption. He is also an avid cook and history buff. You can find him dining late at night with the chefs at the hotels where he stays during his travels, or reading in his home library.

For more than 20 years, Jason has drawn inspiration from art, capturing the energy and essence of key design elements to create spaces that clients love. His aesthetic flexibility allows him to translate each client’s preferences into surprising, show-stopping design concepts that span the stylistic spectrum.
On weekends, Jason and his wife can be found cheering on their kids at their various sports events. When he has some precious alone time, Jason enjoys practicing Jiu-Jitsu and writing music.
